Full job description

Senior Sales Manager role based in Amsterdam area focused on neuro-contextual advertising. Responsibilities include building agency and direct customer relationships, educating clients on product features, generating sales, understanding agency teams, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Requires a degree or equivalent, 3+ years sales experience preferably in advertising, market connections, strong communication skills, growth mindset, and ability to work independently. What you'll do

  • Build relationships and partnerships with agencies and direct customers for local campaigns
  • Educate customers (advertisers & agencies) on product features and benefits
  • Generate excitement about the digital advertising platform and increase product sales through original solutions and proactive pitches
  • Develop a deep understanding of agencies across clients, verticals, and internal teams (programmatic, planning, trading, buying)
  • Identify new business opportunities and ways to achieve preferred partnership status within agencies
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Accurately forecast and report monthly sales and close sales in the commercial pipeline

Requirements

  • Have graduated with a degree or equivalent educational experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the advertising industry
  • Established connections within the market
  • Good level of knowledge of the advertising media industry
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take risks
  • Eager and curious to keep learning with a growth mindset
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
