Dataseat, a privacy-first, ID-less contextual performance DSP focused on mobile user acquisition, seeks a senior NYC-based sales professional to acquire new app advertisers and grow presence across NYC agencies. The role involves full sales cycle management, relationship building with agencies, partnership with measurement partners, and representing the company at industry events. Requires 10+ years sales experience in ad tech, 5+ years in DSP or performance marketing sales, strong mobile media knowledge, existing agency relationships, familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, parental leave, hybrid work environment, and free lunch onsite. Salary range $125,000-$150,000 with OTE $250,000-$300,000.
