Full job description
Senior Sales Manager role at Quantcast in Sydney. Responsible for managing sales goals, pipeline, and execution across a book of business. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key clients and prospects. Provide product feedback to operations leaders. Advise clients on campaign ideas and partner with Client Success team. Present Quantcast’s digital advertising capabilities. Attend industry events and analyze sales data to meet KPIs. Mentor junior team members. Requires 5-7 years media/advertising experience with 2-3 years in senior sales. Must have strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. What you'll do
- Driving delivery for your clients and managing your sales goal, pipeline and execution
- Developing and executing on strategic sales strategy and business plans for strategic key clients, prospects and delivery against strategic business objectives
- Deliver product feedback to operations leaders to ensure the voice of the customer is part of Quantcast’s DNA
- Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
- Partner with the Client Success team to develop industry relationships
- Effectively present Quantcast’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace
- Attend and participate in industry events
- Analyse sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards team KPIs and targets
- Provide mentorship to junior team members with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and other tasks to help the team achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in media/advertising landscape with at least 2-3 years in a senior sales position
- A sales 'hunter' mentality
- Proven ability to source and pitch to prospects and clients, asking great discovery questions to find out what it is the client needs
- Interpersonal skills - confident communicator and able to quickly build rapport with others
- A positive, can do attitude, and a team player
- Have a sense of fun
