Senior Sales Manager role based in Singapore focused on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in Video, Performance, and CTV advertising solutions. Requires 5+ years experience in digital media sales, strong network with agency holding companies and brands in Singapore, deep knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital metrics, and proven success in managing complex sales cycles. Responsibilities include expanding footprint with agencies and brands, delivering consultative sales proposals, driving adoption of Teads Ad Manager, collaborating cross-functionally for campaign execution, maintaining sales pipeline in Salesforce, and representing Teads at industry events.

What you'll do

  • Drive revenue growth by selling Teads' full-funnel advertising solutions
  • Identify and expand footprint with strategic media agencies, holding companies, and direct brand clients in Singapore
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships across agency structures and educate on programmatic and platform solutions
  • Deliver tailored media proposals aligned with client business objectives
  • Drive adoption and usage of Teads Ad Manager through product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Ad Operations, Insights, and Creative Studio for campaign execution
  • Maintain organized and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce for revenue forecasting
  • Represent Teads at industry events and client meetings as a brand advocate

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience, preferably in ad technology, online advertising, or agency partnerships
  • Established network with major advertising agency holding companies and independent agencies in Singapore
  • Deep technical knowledge of programmatic advertising landscape, digital metrics, video & display formats, performance and CTV solutions
  • Proven track record of winning large accounts and managing complex sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
