Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a Senior Sales Manager with 6-8 years of online media sales/advertising experience to manage Microsoft Advertising's Search and Audience Inventory (Native Display, CTV, Video) in Mumbai. The role involves driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, delivering customized branding solutions, acquiring new accounts, and managing client pipelines. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), proven sales performance, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of branding and Microsoft Advertising products, and willingness to travel. What you'll do

  • Drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships
  • Deliver customized branding solutions aligned to client advertising needs
  • Drive new account acquisition and grow incremental revenue against targeted high potential agencies
  • Develop quality customer plans with revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies new to Microsoft Audience Network
  • Create high value revenue-generating opportunities and lead impactful engagements with key clients
  • Grow Microsoft Advertising's share of wallet across client portfolio by highlighting missed branding opportunities
  • Leverage relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive adoption and open new relationships
  • Forge relationships with client-side marketing heads and build industry presence
  • Educate clients on Microsoft Ad features and offerings to help reach business goals
  • Develop and maintain actionable Customer Plans and Joint Business Plans
  • Coordinate with Account Manager Head to manage customer escalations and revenue blockers
  • Continually strengthen Microsoft Ads and Branding expertise and take accountability for career development

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ online media sales/advertising experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership
  • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
  • Solid knowledge of the branding industry, native display products, customer's needs, Microsoft’s strategy and how they work together
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
  • Willingness to travel
