Full job description
Nexxen is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow demand for its DSP solutions by building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and app developers. The role involves selling DSP and programmatic media solutions across mobile, CTV, video, display, and performance channels. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, understanding client KPIs, preparing proposals and media plans, and representing Nexxen in meetings and events. Candidates should have 3+ years in digital advertising sales or programmatic media, experience with DSPs, mobile UA, and programmatic ecosystems, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and familiarity with MMPs and mobile attribution challenges. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What you'll do
- Own and grow a pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and app developers
- Sell Nexxen’s DSP and programmatic media solutions across mobile, CTV, video, display, and performance channels
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on growth, UA, retargeting, and programmatic strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Understand client KPIs such as installs, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV, engagement, and revenue
- Prepare proposals, media plans, presentations, and business reviews
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs in the programmatic and mobile app ecosystem
- Represent Nexxen professionally in client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, programmatic, mobile advertising, DSPs, ad tech, or performance media
- Existing relationships with advertisers, agencies, or app developers
- Experience selling DSP, CTV, mobile UA, or app growth solutions
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, attribution, audience data, and optimization
- Experience working with agencies, brands, or app developers
- Ability to manage commercial conversations around performance KPIs and media strategy
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with internal teams to solve client challenges
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, or Kochava
- Understanding of SKAN, privacy changes, and mobile attribution limitations
- Experience with gaming, fintech, entertainment, sports, e-commerce, or subscription apps
