Full job description

Senior Publisher Development Manager responsible for identifying, closing, and maintaining relationships with key publishers and developers across North America. Role requires 5+ years of business development experience in ad tech, strong knowledge of digital advertising, and experience with in-app, web, and CTV publishers. Responsibilities include managing full sales cycle, expanding omnichannel footprint, monitoring ad tech trends, collaborating cross-functionally, and representing the company at industry events. Position is full-time, onsite in New York City with some US travel. What you'll do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships with key publishers and developers across North America
  • Own the full sales cycle from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and signing new publisher deals
  • Monitor evolving ad tech landscape and track emerging industry trends
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline including prospecting, qualification, deal closure, and account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales) for smooth integrations and partner success
  • Collect and interpret partner feedback to support product improvements
  • Represent InMobi at industry events and pitch company value proposition
  • Work closely with Sales team to align inventory with advertiser requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Development experience within the ad tech ecosystem
  • Experience working directly with mainstream web, in-app, and CTV publishers
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape including marketplace dynamics, publisher monetization models, and supply-side platforms
  • Curious and adaptable mindset with ability to absorb new information and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of determination, ownership, and follow-through in sales cycles
  • Existing network of publishers, developers, and technology partners within the ad tech ecosystem (highly advantageous)
