Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Programmatic Trader for Scibids to manage pilot and BAU campaigns using Scibids AI technology. Responsibilities include campaign management, client communication, internal collaboration, reporting and analysis, and upselling. Requires 3-5 years experience in programmatic trading or related roles, experience with DSP DV360 and at least one of The Trade Desk, Meta, or Google Ads, fluency in English, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive attitude. Location: São Paulo, Brazil.

What you'll do

  • Manage pilot campaigns during testing phase and BAU campaigns after client scaling using Scibids AI technology
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs
  • Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients providing day-to-day support
  • Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns
  • Provide general education, campaign insights and performance recommendations regularly
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales team on new clients for onboarding and campaign setup
  • Work with Scibids solutions team to debug issues and solve roadblocks
  • Liaise with internal Scibids and DV stakeholders including Sales and Client Partner teams
  • Lead performance impact review sessions, campaign wrap-ups and standard reporting to prove ROI
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide strategic optimization suggestions
  • Strategize and upsell to grow existing client business and win new business
  • Scale successful pilots into BAU engagements and identify campaign expansion opportunities
  • Introduce clients to new Scibids product features and enhancements

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics or customer success/account management in the programmatic space
  • Experience with DSP DV360 and at least one of The Trade Desk, Meta, Google Ads
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks to completion
  • Can-do attitude with energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Ambition to grow career as the team scales
