Full job description

Amazon Ads is hiring a Senior Programmatic Solutions Consultant to manage enterprise customers using the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP). The role involves client-facing consultative work with programmatic trading desks, onboarding, training, campaign strategy consultation, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams. Requires 6+ years in digital advertising with data analysis focus, experience with Doubleclick, AdJuster or Salesforce, and managing executive relationships. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, product usage consultation, beta feature support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: New York, NY. Salary range: $140,300 - $189,800 annually. Benefits include sign-on payments, RSUs, health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

What you'll do

  • Own the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives
  • Provide services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations
  • Drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams
  • Define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers
  • Integrate adtech and agency-side solutions by partnering with complex, cross-functional teams to deliver programmatic strategies and implementations with limited guidance

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
  • Experience in a client facing consultative role working with large, complex enterprise customers
  • Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
