The Trade Desk is seeking a senior client services/account management professional with at least 5 years of client-facing experience. The role involves leading a roster of accounts to grow client business, becoming an expert on The Trade Desk platform, collaborating with Sales & Trading teams, developing client relationships, owning client onboarding and training, and providing feedback for platform improvements. Candidates must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, experience with Excel and MS Office, and preferably experience mentoring others.
