Full job description

Lead and grow a roster of client accounts by acting as a small business owner. Become an expert in The Trade Desk platform to provide clients with marketing strategy insights. Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to develop accounts and meet client objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships and consult on business strategies. Manage onboarding and ongoing education for clients and team members. Provide client feedback for platform improvements and develop standard methodologies and training materials. Requirements include 5+ years client-facing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with online advertising or SAAS platforms preferred, excellent communication and presentation skills, mentorship experience preferred, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
