Smartly seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution for AI Orchestration capabilities across Creative, Media, and Intelligence. The role involves partnering with Product, GTM, and Customer teams to drive product messaging, enablement, launches, and measurable adoption and monetization impact. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end launches, product discovery participation, messaging development, launch readiness, and feedback integration. Candidates should have 6-10 years experience with 5+ years in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech, strong product fluency, commercial mindset, and ability to manage multiple initiatives independently. What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for new platform integrations, Media capabilities, and cross-suite initiatives
  • Act as the primary Product Marketing Manager partner for Product during discovery, roadmap planning, and positioning
  • Drive measurable adoption and monetization impact by defining goals, tracking performance, and accelerating impact
  • Translate product innovation into clear market value with compelling positioning and messaging
  • Own product messaging and roadmap communication, ensuring clarity and commercial relevance
  • Lead launch readiness and enablement by delivering customer-facing and sales enablement materials
  • Close the field-to-product feedback loop by partnering with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product
  • Contribute to commercialization strategy including packaging, positioning, and activation for new platform capabilities

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
  • Strong product fluency and ability to master sophisticated advertising workflows and platform ecosystems
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional launches with measurable adoption or revenue impact
  • Comfort working closely with Product teams in discovery and roadmap conversations
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer value and monetization
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong attention to detail and execution excellence
  • High ownership and ability to independently drive multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
