Full job description
Seeking a Senior Product Manager with 8 years of product management or related technical experience, including 3 years leading technical products from conception to launch and 3 years in payments, fintech, or adtech. Responsibilities include defining and executing product strategy for YouTube's creator payment systems, impacting revenue sharing with top creators and partners, and developing AI solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a master's preferred. Must have experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance teams. Compensation includes a salary range of $192,000 to $278,000 USD plus 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
What you'll do
- Define and execute product strategy for high complexity projects in YouTube's creator payment systems
- Make an impact on revenue sharing with Top Creators and agency partners to grow the Creator Economy and YouTube ecosystem
