Full job description
The Trade Desk is seeking a senior Product Manager to own a go-to-market (GTM) domain end to end. The role involves setting a year-long north-star metric and a 9–12 month roadmap, solving new GTM problems independently, anticipating platform impacts on GTM workflows, and leveraging AI effectively. Responsibilities include prototyping solutions, engaging directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Services users, owning outcomes, and removing blockers. The candidate must have experience managing multiple initiatives under ambiguity, setting standards adopted by teams, and driving decisions based on success metrics. What you'll do
- Own a GTM domain end to end with a year-long north-star metric and roadmap

- Prototype solutions to compress alignment and test ideas
- Engage directly with users across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Services
- Own outcomes and unblock others by resolving misalignment and removing blockers
- Communicate clearly and manage expectations up to executive level
Requirements
- Owned a domain or multiple medium to large initiatives concurrently end to end under real ambiguity
- Set a standard your team adopted and built an approach others use
- Ability to set a stable, year-long north-star metric and a 9–12 month roadmap
- Ability to frame and solve net-new GTM problems with no guidance
- Anticipate platform changes and design for their impact on GTM workflows
- Experience leveraging AI effectively and driving new ways of working
- Prototype solutions instead of writing long specs
- Model direct user contact with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Services
- Set and track success metrics and drive decisions from them
- Resolve misalignment up to exec-level partners and communicate clearly
- Remove blockers for team members
