Full job description
The MAI Monetization organization at Microsoft Advertising seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered advertising product initiatives. The role involves owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery from concept to launch, translating business goals into clear requirements, partnering with Engineering and Design, managing backlogs, and driving execution. The candidate will define and monitor product metrics, lead A/B testing, and ensure responsible AI practices. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including 8+ years experience, strong product management in advertising or AI/ML products, hands-on engineering collaboration, experimentation expertise, knowledge of advertising technology, generative AI experience, and coding ability. The position is full-time, on-site in Redmond, WA and Mountain View, CA, with salary ranges from $119,800 to $234,700 annually, higher in select metro areas.
