Appodeal is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Mobile Growth Platform team in Barcelona. The role involves leading product initiatives, developing and executing product roadmaps, collaborating with ML, data, and engineering teams, conducting market research, and managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The candidate must have 4+ years of product management experience in machine learning, data science, and AdTech, strong analytical skills, knowledge of AdTech ecosystem including programmatic advertising, and experience with data governance and observability. Responsibilities include defining product vision, managing timelines and budgets, tracking performance metrics, leading product launches, and mentoring junior product managers. Experience with agile methodologies and go-to-market strategies is required. Mobile experience is a plus. The position is full-time and on-site in Barcelona, Spain.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth goals
  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch including defining product vision, creating detailed product requirements, managing timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather insights, identify market opportunities, and prioritize product features and enhancements
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Work closely with ML, data, and engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead product launch activities including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and AdTech
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of leading product initiatives in machine learning, data science, and AdTech
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of AdTech ecosystem including programmatic advertising, ad networks, and real-time bidding
  • Ability to improve data management processes including implementing Data Governance and Data Observability standards
  • Experience developing strategies for data quality including real-time monitoring automation, incident detection, and resolution
  • Experience managing data-focused products or platforms with high reliability and security standards
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Passion for innovation and customer-centric mindset
  • Mobile experience (nice to have)
  • Based in Barcelona or ready to relocate to Barcelona
