Full job description

Moloco is hiring a senior product designer to shape the end-to-end experience of Moloco Commerce Media products. The role involves designing intuitive, data-informed workflows for advertiser and retailer tools, leading design cycles from discovery to execution, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience designing complex B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech/commerce products, strong communication and prototyping skills, experience with design systems, and a growth mindset. The position is full-time and on-site in Menlo Park, CA or Seattle, WA. What you'll do

  • Define and iterate on core product experiences across Moloco Commerce Media
  • Translate ambiguous, multi-sided problems into clear workflows, interaction patterns, and prototypes
  • Lead end-to-end design cycles from discovery through prototyping and shipped execution
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Identify opportunities and advocate for new product bets
  • Help decide product roadmap and what to build next

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional product design experience shipping complex product experiences in B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech/commerce platforms at scale
  • Experience framing ambiguous problems and using research, data, and experimentation to refine solutions
  • Comfortable using AI in daily design practice from discovery to validation
  • Strong communication skills with storytelling and prototyping to align stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Strong interaction and product design craft with high bar for production-quality work
  • Experience working with or contributing to a design system
  • Passion for mentoring other designers and strengthening team culture
  • Growth mindset with ownership of outcomes and adaptability to shifting priorities
