Full job description

Zeta Global is hiring a Senior UX Designer for a core B2B SaaS product focused on AI-powered features. The role involves leading design from discovery to delivery, conducting user research, facilitating cross-functional workshops, assessing design patterns, and collaborating with another senior designer. Candidates must have 5+ years UX design experience in B2B SaaS, strong user research skills, advanced Figma proficiency, design judgement, critical thinking based on evidence, experience with AI-assisted workflows, and confidence in stakeholder presentations. What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered features from discovery to shipped product
  • Plan and run user research including interviews, usability testing, synthesis workshops
  • Facilitate workshops with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems
  • Assess and build on existing design patterns, knowing when to change or keep
  • Present design decisions to senior stakeholders linking to product and business outcomes
  • Work closely with another senior designer on complex problems and quality consistency
  • Explore meaningful AI improvements to user workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS or complex digital products
  • Strong research foundation, comfortable designing and running user research
  • Advanced Figma skills including components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping
  • Strong design judgement and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking grounded in evidence and research
  • Experience designing for AI features or AI-assisted workflows
  • Confident facilitating cross-functional workshops and presenting to stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset
