Full job description

AppsFlyer seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead design for their B2B platform. Responsibilities include end-to-end product design, translating complex workflows into user-friendly experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to design systems. Requirements include 5+ years of digital product design experience, B2B or complex systems background, proficiency in Figma, strong portfolio, startup experience, and strong communication skills. Location: Herzliya, Israel.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
  • Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment
  • Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers
  • Work directly with customers, prospects and Sales teams
  • Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
  • Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
  • Background in B2B or complex systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead projects A-Z
