Full job description

Perion is seeking a senior Product Designer for its Israel-based product teams. The role involves owning the design of complex product initiatives end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in Israel and Montreal. Responsibilities include mapping user flows, defining information architecture for data-heavy workflows, creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, participating in product discovery and planning, conducting design QA, applying and improving the shared design system, and coordinating with the Montreal design team. Requirements include at least 8 years of product design experience in B2B or SaaS, proficiency in Figma, experience with shared design systems, ability to lead complex design initiatives independently, and fluent English communication skills. Nice to have are experience in AdTech, user research, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.
