Rockerbox seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead strategy and execution of measurement and modeling products including MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, and synthetic modeling. The role requires 8+ years of product management experience with expertise in marketing measurement and model-driven products. Responsibilities include owning product roadmap, partnering with Data Science and Engineering, translating complex models into product requirements, leading products from inception to scale, ensuring accuracy and customer alignment, improving model delivery, analyzing data to inform decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally. Preferred experience includes AdTech/MarTech, causal inference, statistical modeling, AI/ML workflows, and working with large datasets using SQL and Python. Salary range is $150,000 to $270,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Location: United States.

What you'll do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for measurement and modeling including MMM, Testing, Synthetic modeling, and MTA evolution
  • Define how different methodologies work independently and together
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build and scale model-driven products and systems
  • Translate complex modeling concepts into clear product requirements, workflows, and outputs
  • Lead products from 0→1 through scaled adoption balancing innovation with customer and business impact
  • Ensure modeling outputs are accurate, explainable, and aligned with customer expectations
  • Improve how models are delivered to customers including speed, quality, and acceptance
  • Partner cross-functionally to evolve the end-to-end modeling delivery process
  • Analyze model outputs and large-scale datasets to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales to understand customer needs, validate outputs, and close gaps
  • Drive product acceptance and readiness ensuring delivered product matches promises
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and communicating complex measurement concepts
  • Stay current on industry trends across measurement, attribution, privacy, and AI and translate into product opportunities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Significant experience in measurement, analytics, or model-driven products
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement approaches (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, or similar)
  • Strong track record of building and scaling data science or ML-powered products
  • Comfortable working with Data Scientists and Engineers on complex systems and ambiguous problems
  • Strong analytical intuition to interpret model outputs and connect them to business outcomes
  • Experience owning products from 0→1 through scaled adoption
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
