Full job description

Senior Marketing Operations Specialist role in Global Revenue Services department reporting to Marketing Operations Manager. Location: Bangalore, on-site. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing automation in HubSpot, overseeing lead management, building marketing dashboards and reports, ensuring CRM data accuracy, managing integrations between marketing platforms and CRM, identifying process improvements, leveraging AI/LLM tools, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams. Requires 2-5 years experience in Marketing Operations or Automation, strong hands-on HubSpot experience, understanding of lead lifecycle and funnel stages, experience with reporting tools like Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics, knowledge of Salesforce CRM, experience in AdTech or SaaS industry, and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred experience in high growth B2B tech environments and familiarity with automation tools like n8n and Zapier.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation in HubSpot, including workflows, lists, forms, and campaign tracking
  • Oversee end-to-end lead management including capture, scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing to Sales
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and campaign impact
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, conduct regular audits, and resolve data or sync issues across systems
  • Manage integrations between marketing platforms and CRM, including troubleshooting data flow and field mapping
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance lead enrichment, segmentation, and reporting workflows
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to improve lead handoff, reporting, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM)
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and funnel stages
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for marketing performance
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data sync processes
  • Hands on experience using AI or LLM based tools in marketing workflows or automation
  • Experience working with reporting platforms such as Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or other BI/reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM to collaborate effectively with Sales teams
  • Experience working in the AdTech or SaaS industry
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
