Full job description

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead social media marketing, event activation, marketing operations, and performance reporting to support scalable marketing and event programs. Responsibilities include managing organic social media strategy, optimizing owned digital channels, executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing marketing operations and budgets, building performance dashboards, leveraging AI and automation for efficiency, supporting event planning and execution, and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams. Requires 7+ years in digital marketing or related fields within B2B technology, experience with marketing automation, CRM, CMS (Webflow preferred), Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools. Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, digital media, AI, or performance marketing preferred. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills needed. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 plus bonus and equity. Location: New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize organic social media strategy supporting brand awareness, product launches, industry events, and executive thought leadership
  • Monitor and measure social media performance and optimize audience growth and engagement
  • Manage and optimize owned channels and digital properties ensuring consistent brand and user experience
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support SEO, website enhancements, digital experiences, and campaign launches
  • Provide executive social media strategy and execution support
  • Execute and quality assure integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, webinars, events, paid media, and social channels
  • Manage marketing operations including campaign calendars, project plans, marketing automation, CRM workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign governance
  • Build scalable processes and workflows while monitoring campaign performance, data quality, and optimization opportunities
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget and related billing/invoicing; partner with Finance and Accounting for budget management and forecasting
  • Build dashboards and reports measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and business impact
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and marketing performance
  • Support planning and execution of hosted events, sponsorship activations, industry conferences, and internal events
  • Coordinate logistics for site visits, venue walk-throughs, planning meetings, and onsite event support
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, AV, shipping, travel, staffing, and production/logistics details
  • Coordinate event orders and onsite materials including signage, giveaways, name badges, swag, and attendee materials
  • Provide onsite support across operational needs and adapt quickly in fast-paced event environments
  • Maintain event documentation, budget, processes, calendars, and project trackers to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Responsible for event recaps and measurement to inform future planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Growth Activation, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and external partners to execute integrated marketing initiatives
  • Drive collaboration and operational efficiency through scalable processes, automation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or integrated marketing within a B2B technology environment
  • Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, digital media, AI, or performance marketing is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing corporate websites, social media, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital content
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, CMS platforms (Webflow preferred), Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools and automation to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience managing budget and collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams preferred
