Full job description

Senior Manager - Sales role requiring 6-8 years of sales experience in the Ad-tech domain focused on the India market. Responsibilities include hunting for new business and clients in the gaming vertical, generating leads through cold calls, emails, and social messaging, preparing proposals and product demos, and achieving monthly sales targets. Must have strong understanding of the Ad-tech market, biddable ecosystem, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with multiple sales techniques, and CRM usage. Position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

What you'll do

  • Figure out the right set of clients to go after/ Proactively seek new biz opportunities gaming clients primarily in India, as well as internationally, geo being no major bar
  • Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and videos to generate meetings
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Preparation of deck/ proposal, organize the product demo, and present to the prospects
  • Continuously innovate on new ways to reach decision-makers of target accounts
  • Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of work experience in sales for India market in Ad-tech domain
  • A clear understanding of the Ad-tech Market and having good connects in the industry
  • Understanding of the biddable ecosystem
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving monthly quotas
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience using CRMs
