Senior Manager - Product Marketing for Ads Representation Business at InMobi Advertising. Lead marketing efforts for Microsoft Ads partnership, driving commercial success, market positioning, and growth across EMEA, India, and SEA regions. Develop GTM strategies, sales enablement, and client solution frameworks. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce sales collateral and execute campaigns. Requires 8+ years experience with 3-5 years in product/partner marketing or agency representation in AdTech/MarTech, strong knowledge of digital and search advertising, preferably Microsoft Ads. Skills needed include strategic thinking, communication, leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Location: Bangalore.

What you'll do

  • Drive commercial success, market positioning, and scalable growth of Microsoft Advertising’s portfolio across represented regions
  • Build robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Orchestrate sales enablement
  • Craft sophisticated client solutioning frameworks
  • Serve as lead product marketing manager for Microsoft Ads partnership globally
  • Be the face of InMobi’s marketing efforts internally and externally
  • Lead with market insights and partner with sales teams to produce sales enablement collateral
  • Collaborate with centralized marketing execution teams to deliver GTM strategies across channels
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Equip sales organization with insights and sales collateral to accelerate revenue growth
  • Champion the representation business model and partnership narrative
  • Collaborate on channel-specific campaigns including events, social media, webinars, and PR
  • Produce high-quality content and presentations for diverse audiences
  • Lead and collaborate across cross-functional and matrixed teams
  • Mentor and coach marketing and sales teams
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Translate complex advertising data into actionable insights
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships across global teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience, with 3-5 years dedicated to product marketing, partner marketing, or agency representation in the AdTech/MarTech industry
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising, with strong expertise in the search advertising ecosystem (experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus)
  • Ability to act as the definitive thought leader and end-to-end GTM marketing plan owner for Microsoft Ads representation business across EMEA, IN, and SEA regions
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify regional market gaps and evolving advertiser needs
  • Equip and enable sales organization with insights, competitive intelligence, and sales collateral to accelerate revenue growth
  • Champion the representation business model and drive the narrative for the partnership internally and externally
  • Collaborate with centralized marketing execution teams for campaigns including events, social media, webinars, and PR
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft customer-centric narratives
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality content across blogs, decks, reports, whitepapers, success stories, thought leadership articles, and website content
  • Skilled in designing story-driven presentations for customers, sales, and leadership
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills to engage and influence diverse audiences
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional and matrixed teams including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Microsoft and advertiser stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making without direct authority and collaborate globally
  • Proven leadership in managing projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Skilled at mentoring and coaching marketing and sales teams
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate advertising data into actionable insights
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines proactively
  • Strong understanding of project management metrics to track progress and measure impact
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work across diverse cultural teams
