Full job description

Senior Manager, Measurement Science role leading a small team delivering measurement studies and insights to key accounts primarily in Media & Entertainment. Responsibilities include managing a team of 3, owning strategy and delivery for 1-2 key accounts, and partnering with sales leaders on measurement strategy. Requires 5-8+ years experience in consumer or audience insights, marketing analytics, or measurement science, preferably in entertainment studios. Must be familiar with TV and movie measurement solutions and tools such as SQL, Python, BigQuery, Claude, and Google Suite. What you'll do

  • Manage, coach, mentor, and grow a team of 3 Measurement Partners
  • Own end-to-end strategy, delivery, and fulfillment for a small portfolio of key accounts (1-2 key accounts)
  • Act as a strategic and operational escalation path for accounts in direct reports’ portfolios
  • Work closely with sales leaders to define opportunities for proactive outreach and insights delivery to key customers

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in consumer insights, audience insights, marketing analytics, or measurement science
  • Experience preferably in a major entertainment studio supporting marketing or content development
  • Familiarity with TV and movie measurement solutions including box office, tune-in, audience and content measurement, research, and insights
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools: SQL, Python, BigQuery
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for building with AI: Claude and Google Suite
