Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Senior GTM Strategy Operations Manager to lead commercial strategy and operations for the AMER region. The role requires 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, sales operations, revenue strategy, or commercial leadership with strong B2B sales knowledge and AI fluency. Responsibilities include developing commercial strategy, leading cross-functional GTM initiatives, building AI-enabled workflows, managing operating rhythms, and coaching one direct report. The position is full-time, on-site in Menlo Park or San Francisco, CA. Compensation ranges from $156,400 to $253,920 depending on location. What you'll do

  • Develop AMER commercial strategy based on market insights, product roadmaps, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviors
  • Act as strategic thought partner to AMER sales leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities and driving alignment
  • Lead complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives end-to-end coordinating across Sales, GTM, Product, and other stakeholders
  • Build AI-enabled systems and workflows to increase leverage for AMER sales and GTM teams
  • Own and improve AMER rhythm of business, leading forums and driving accountability through cadences (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs)
  • Develop market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic direction
  • Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Lead regional planning processes including target setting, headcount planning, and strategic planning cycles
  • Manage and develop 1 direct report, providing coaching and building a culture of ownership and accountability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Commercial Leadership
  • Keen understanding of B2B sales motions from lead generation to long term value sustainability
  • Strong analytical ability combined with understanding of seller and customer dynamics
  • Proven track record of driving top line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast-paced, B2B sales setting
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing or developing team members with ability to set expectations and deliver feedback
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with experience building or deploying AI-assisted workflows or agents
  • Bonus: Familiarity with performance advertising metrics (ROAS, incrementality, attribution, audience targeting, measurement)
  • Bonus: Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
