Full job description
Moloco seeks a Senior GTM Strategy Operations Manager to lead commercial strategy and operations for the AMER business. The role involves developing market-driven commercial strategies, partnering with sales leadership, leading cross-functional GTM initiatives, building AI-enabled workflows, and managing the AMER business rhythm. Candidates must have 10+ years in strategy consulting, sales operations, or commercial leadership with strong B2B sales knowledge, proven growth-driving experience, executive stakeholder management skills, team management experience, and AI fluency.
