Full job description
InMobi Advertising seeks a Senior Manager - Customer Success for its Accelerate digital marketing platform. The role involves managing end-to-end customer onboarding, providing technical guidance, scaling accounts, monitoring integration quality, troubleshooting, and acting as a trusted advisor. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams. Requirements include 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles, strong knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, SaaS platforms, excellent communication skills, and experience driving customer retention and platform adoption. The position is full-time, based in San Mateo, California. Salary range is $144,500 to $180,225 USD with additional variable pay and equity options.
