Full job description

InMobi Advertising is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Accelerate team, a digital marketing operating system. The role involves onboarding retailers, providing technical guidance, scaling accounts, monitoring integration quality and platform performance, identifying partner issues, maintaining communication with partners, and creating documentation for best practices and revenue optimization. Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience, be customer centric, tech savvy with digital marketing knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. The position is full-time, hybrid, located in San Mateo, California. What you'll do

  • Onboard retailers by providing them with technical guidance, helping them understand how to best use our product features, and scale accounts once integration is done
  • Have a close eye on the integration quality, platform performance and proactively identify issues for partners
  • Have regular catchups with partners
  • Create and own documentation for best practices and revenue optimization techniques

Requirements

  • Passionate about nurturing relationships and obsessively customer centric
  • Tech savvy, understand the nuances of digital marketing, benefits of solutions and evolving solutions within the industry ecosystem
  • Curious and a problem solver at heart with the ability to articulate abstract problems into objective to-dos
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of onboarding, providing technical guidance and scaling up customers
