Senior Manager - Account Strategist role responsible for strategic account management of high-value clients, driving performance marketing initiatives, and optimizing Apple Search Ads campaigns. Key duties include client relationship management, campaign strategy and execution using Newton AI and rule-based bidding, consultative client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Requires 5-8 years experience in performance advertising account management, bachelor's degree or higher, strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Pivot Tables, excellent industry network, and strong communication skills. Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.

What you'll do

  • Lead and expand relationships with top-tier app advertisers and performance marketing agencies
  • Manage and nurture strategic client partnerships aligned with user acquisition goals
  • Develop, execute, and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns with a data-driven approach
  • Utilize Newton’s insights, rule-based bidding, and advanced optimization techniques to exceed KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide in-depth reporting, and implement data-backed improvements
  • Educate clients on best practices and strategies for Apple Search Ads
  • Keep clients informed on campaign execution and performance insights
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance teams
  • Provide strategic feedback to Product Management, Tech, and Data Science teams for feature development and process enhancements
  • Drive seamless testing, feature rollouts, and process improvements

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in performance advertising account management
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance tracking
  • Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent network within the industry and strong market acumen
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
