Full job description

InMobi is hiring a Senior Manager, Client Growth based in New York City. The role involves managing and growing a $25MM+ book of business by driving partnerships and revenue growth with top advertisers and agencies. Responsibilities include building client relationships, leveraging market knowledge to expand opportunities, cross-selling, developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance, providing client feedback to product teams, representing the company at industry events, and mentoring teammates. Candidates should have 8+ years in advertising sales in CTV or omni-channel media, 5+ years in programmatic advertising technology, strong client relationship skills, analytical and storytelling abilities, and a BA/BS degree (MBA preferred). The position is full-time, on-site in NYC, with some travel required. What you'll do

  • Build, advise, and grow relationships with media account teams at agencies and brands
  • Leverage market knowledge and InMobi’s value propositions to expand client opportunities
  • Cross-sell and up-sell across InMobi’s portfolio identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and share go-to-market strategies internally and with clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, business operations, and other teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to drive retention, renewal, and upsell
  • Surface client feedback, competitive signals, and emerging trends to internal teams
  • Represent InMobi at industry events, upfronts, and conferences
  • Mentor teammates and shape team approach to high-value client relationships

Requirements

  • 8+ years in advertising sales with major brands and agencies in the CTV and/or omni-channel media space
  • 5+ years in programmatic advertising technology with hands-on experience at an online/CTV publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or similar platform
  • Deep understanding of client challenges and track record of delivering innovative, results-driven solutions
  • Consistent history of exceeding revenue goals
  • Ability to articulate technical value of products and translate complexity into clear narratives for clients
  • Trusted advisor with long-term relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high energy in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Analytical thinker and strong storyteller comfortable with complex data
  • Proactive problem-solver with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to grow
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline required; MBA or master's degree is a plus
