Full job description
AppLovin is hiring a Business Development Associate for its Consumer (eCommerce & Apps) team in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. The role is client-facing and involves supporting business growth for non-gaming apps and e-commerce clients in the APAC region. Responsibilities include client development, sales cycle support, regional business growth, client relationship management, cross-team collaboration, industry insight tracking, and sales data management. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent internship/project experience, strong communication and analytical skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The role requires onsite presence in Shanghai and remote work options for Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential clients in the APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app verticals
- Support the sales cycle including lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentations, negotiation, and contract closing
