Viant is hiring a Senior Manager, Applied Science to lead the Machine Learning Engineering team. Responsibilities include strategic and technical leadership, end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, team coaching, applying advanced ML techniques such as supervised learning and causal inference, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation. Requirements include 7+ years in machine learning with 3+ years in leadership, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong expertise in ML models for business applications, problem-solving skills, and collaboration experience. Preferred qualifications include a PhD and Ad Tech experience. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Salary range is $180,000 - $220,000.
