Responsibilities include building strategic relationships, engaging senior decision-makers, partnering with internal teams to drive commercial opportunities, managing partner relationships, identifying new revenue streams, leading business reviews, and representing the company at industry events. Requirements include 6+ years in business development, account management, or sales in ad tech or digital media, strong programmatic ecosystem knowledge, experience selling programmatic solutions, understanding of sales and investment planning, strong market relationships in-region, commercial understanding of programmatic buying and selling, experience or exposure to CTV/OTT and addressability, confidence discussing AI and emerging technologies, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a strategic, collaborative approach.
