Moloco is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for their performance advertising platform, Moloco NEXT. The role involves owning CTR/CVR prediction models end-to-end within a real-time bidding system. Responsibilities include modeling, evaluation, feature pipeline management, online experimentation, and post-launch operations. The engineer will identify new data signals, design offline and online evaluations, debug experiments, build tooling for automation, set technical direction, and collaborate with data teams. Requirements include 5+ years of machine learning experience shipping production-grade models, data analysis skills, experience with large-scale prediction systems, proficiency in Python, and comfort with ambiguity. Bonus for experience with LLMs in evaluation or signal discovery. The position is full-time, on-site in Menlo Park, California.
