Nexxen is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the DSP Software Development group. The role involves collaborating with data scientists to build applied data science infrastructure for real-time performance optimization and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities include developing high-performance large-scale services, applying AI/ML for real-time ad scoring and bid optimization, building scalable data analysis and model development approaches, and collaborating across teams. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years engineering experience, expertise in AI/ML technologies (Neural Network, ONNX), proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, knowledge of data structures and algorithms, experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data processing technologies (Spark, MapReduce), and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include MS or PhD, AdTech experience, and knowledge of LLM and GenAI. Salary range is $180,000 to $220,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
