Nexxen is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the DSP Software Development group. The role involves collaborating with data scientists to build applied data science infrastructure for real-time performance optimization and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities include developing high-performance, large-scale services for programmatic integrations, applying AI/ML to enhance real-time ad scoring and bid optimization, developing scalable data analysis and model development approaches, building and optimizing algorithms end-to-end, collaborating across teams, troubleshooting production issues, and following agile methodologies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of engineering experience, expertise in AI/ML technologies (Neural Network, ONNX), Java, Python, Scala, data structures and algorithms, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data processing tech (Spark, MapReduce), ETL, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include MS or PhD, AdTech experience, and experience with LLM and GenAI. Salary range is $180,000 - $220,000 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
