Moloco is hiring Machine Learning Engineers to build and maintain state-of-the-art ML systems for real-time ad prediction and bidding. The role involves developing deep learning models for CTR/CVR estimation and ranking, building data pipelines using GCP and open-source tools, supporting production model serving, running offline experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years (mid-level) to 8+ years (staff-level) experience in ML software development with production focus, proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and strong foundations in ML modeling and statistics. Preferred qualifications include AdTech experience and advanced degrees. The position is full-time based in Seoul, Korea.
