Full job description AppsFlyer seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations engineer to join the IT Infrastructure team in Herzliya, Israel. The role involves hands-on design and operation of identity, endpoint, SaaS, cloud, and network infrastructure platforms. Responsibilities include managing Okta identity platform, administering enterprise SaaS tools, Tier 3 escalation support, building and operating IT infrastructure on GCP with Terraform and CI/CD, delivering internal products end-to-end, designing automation workflows, building AI-driven IT operation agents, maintaining network and endpoint infrastructure, and collaborating with Security on governance and audits. Requirements include 5+ years in IT infrastructure or InfraDevOps in SaaS/high-growth environments, expertise with Okta and enterprise SaaS, cloud engineering experience (preferably GCP), scripting skills in Python/TypeScript, automation design experience, hands-on LLM/AI application experience, security best practices, architecture-level thinking, self-direction, and strong English communication skills.

Administer enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and AI platforms
Serve as Tier 3 escalation with deep diagnostic expertise

Build agentic IT operation solutions with explicit action boundaries and escalation conditions
Apply AI technology, prompt and context engineering to IT use cases from self-service to autonomous remediation
Contribute to AI framework and Infra Knowledge Framework documentation for agent and team use
Maintain global network and office infrastructure and endpoint management stack
Collaborate with Security on risk assessments, governance, reviews, and audit preparedness Requirements 5+ years hands-on in IT infrastructure, SysAdmin / InfraDevOps in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment Deep, production-level command of Okta (or equivalent IdP) and enterprise SaaS administration Real cloud engineering experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS / Azure, Terraform or other IaC, containers, CI/CD, secrets management Strong scripting and integration skills — Python and/or TypeScript / JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth Proven experience designing and operating automation at scale (Make.com, n8n, Workato, Okta Workflows or similar) Hands-on experience building with LLMs (Claude and/or OpenAI APIs) and applying prompt and context engineering Security-minded: least privilege, zero trust, secret hygiene, audit trails Architecture-level thinking with end-to-end ownership and documentation mindset Self-directed and proactive in originating improvements Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Tech stack Okta Google Workspace Slack Zoom Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Harmony, Confluence) Microsoft 365 Torii GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Compute, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor) Terraform GitHub Actions Docker Secret Management Azure AWS Make.com Okta Workflows REST APIs Webhooks JSON MCP Python TypeScript Claude OpenAI / ChatGPT Cursor Vertex AI LiteLLM RAG & vector stores Agent frameworks Kandji Intune Airlock Meraki FortiGate Palo Alto Strata PagerDuty Infrastructure Guard monitoring
