Full job description

Senior Interactive Designer role reporting to Associate Director of Commerce Ad Design. Responsibilities include designing and animating advertising experiences across mobile, desktop, CTV, and social platforms; employing user-centered design; maintaining brand guidelines; collaborating with Client Service Managers; adhering to ad unit standards; developing knowledge of new technologies; contributing to product ideation; designing pre-sale mocks; leading client brainstorms; mentoring designers; and handling quick-turnaround requests. Requires 5+ years experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics, portfolio with user-centered design solutions, expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD/Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), video editing skills, ability to work autonomously, excellent communication, mobile advertising experience preferred, experience with Google Apps and Microsoft Office, passion for social media and ad tech, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, comfort in fast-paced environments, and people management experience.
