Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Senior Growth Director responsible for growth and commercial strategy for strategic, high-impact customers. The role includes owning multi-million-dollar revenue targets, securing new business lines, leading joint business plans, and managing complex negotiations. The candidate will build executive relationships, influence budget decisions, act as a product and growth advisor, and mentor sales teams. Requirements include 8+ years in growth or sales leadership in ad tech or mobile advertising, strong executive communication, data fluency, and commercial judgment. What you'll do

  • Own and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets across strategic and complex customers
  • Secure net-new lines of business and accelerate growth within existing accounts
  • Design and lead multi-quarter and multi-year joint business plans with executive stakeholders
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations including pricing, contract structure, and partnership agreements
  • Maintain executive-level rigor across pipeline health and forecasting
  • Shift customer conversations to long-term LTV, durable growth, and strategic investment
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Navigate complex customer organizations and ensure alignment with economic buyers
  • Influence budget allocation and long-term investment decisions
  • Deliver high-altitude communication simplifying complex data into actionable insights
  • Lead senior executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Act as trusted product and growth advisor leveraging expertise in mobile advertising and programmatic performance
  • Translate machine learning capabilities and product initiatives into business value propositions
  • Lead product demos and strategic solution discussions
  • Pull and analyze data independently to drive insights and recommendations
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to influence roadmap prioritization
  • Define use cases, success metrics, and paths to scalable product-market fit for early-stage initiatives
  • Set and model commercial excellence standards for strategic selling and executive engagement
  • Coach and mentor Growth Strategists and GMs
  • Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders
  • Codify and share best practices, playbooks, and market insights
  • Influence cross-functional teams through clarity of direction and outcome ownership
  • Act as a culture carrier reinforcing accountability and long-term thinking
  • Take ownership of ambiguous, high-stakes problems and drive durable solutions
  • Create clarity for others in low-structure environments
  • Embody a growth mindset and contribute constructively to team and company improvement

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles within ad tech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of driving strategic revenue growth with enterprise or strategic customers, including complex deal negotiation
  • Ability to operate as a peer-level advisor to senior executives, influencing long-term strategy and investment decisions
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, attribution/MMPs, and programmatic performance marketing
  • High fluency in growth and performance metrics, with ability to translate data into executive-level narratives and business impact
  • Strong product and technical fluency, paired with sound commercial judgment and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in data-driven and executive contexts
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • High ownership mentality, strong sense of urgency, and comfort operating autonomously
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with a passion for building, mentoring, and winning as a team
