Requirements
8+ years of experience in growth, sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles within ad tech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing
Proven track record of driving strategic revenue growth with enterprise or strategic customers, including complex deal negotiation
Ability to operate as a peer-level advisor to senior executives, influencing long-term strategy and investment decisions
Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, attribution/MMPs, and programmatic performance marketing
High fluency in growth and performance metrics, with ability to translate data into executive-level narratives and business impact
Strong product and technical fluency, paired with sound commercial judgment and prioritization skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in data-driven and executive contexts
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
High ownership mentality, strong sense of urgency, and comfort operating autonomously
