Microsoft Advertising seeks a Senior Event Operations Manager to own the operational integrity of the event program, driving leads, pipeline, and ROI across first-, second-, and third-party events globally and regionally. Responsibilities include defining event lifecycle processes and technical requirements, establishing a unified operating model, managing on-site tentpole event operations, leading large-scale planning, tracking deliverables, developing metrics and measurement plans, ensuring compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, engineering, finance, and legal teams. The role requires 5+ years of marketing operations or program management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree (master's preferred), and technology/process improvement experience. The position is full-time, hybrid, and located in multiple US cities including Redmond, Seattle, Mountain View, San Francisco, and New York. Salary ranges from $106,400 to $203,600 annually, with higher ranges in SF Bay Area and NYC. Equal opportunity employer.

Coach teams on executing technical roadmaps and strategy
Define standards and policies for marketing technology usage, develop SOPs, trainings, and documentation
Stay current with industry tools, techniques, strategies, and processes to improve efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's Degree in related field AND 5+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR equivalent experience
3+ years technology/process improvement experience
