Innovid seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Enablement to lead skill development, coaching infrastructure, and commercial effectiveness for global Sales and Client Success teams. Responsibilities include owning enablement strategy, onboarding, competency frameworks, continuous learning, coaching culture, feedback to Product Marketing, and tracking enablement KPIs tied to commercial outcomes. Requires 10+ years in revenue enablement or related roles in B2B SaaS/technology, expertise in coaching frameworks, experience with sales enablement and CRM tools, strong data orientation, and excellent communication skills. What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for global Sales and Client Success organizations
  • Design and execute onboarding programs for new commercial hires
  • Develop role-specific competency frameworks and learning pathways
  • Build and maintain a continuous learning culture through training, workshops, certifications, and assessments
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Client Success leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted programs
  • Serve as primary architect of commercial coaching culture with frontline managers
  • Design and refine coaching playbooks and manager enablement programs
  • Conduct coaching observations and provide feedback to managers
  • Build and track coaching effectiveness metrics tied to performance and retention
  • Develop scalable coaching programs adapted for global regions
  • Act as primary field intelligence channel between commercial organization and Strategy team
  • Gather and communicate feedback on enablement content and sales materials
  • Identify and escalate content gaps and messaging inconsistencies
  • Partner with Strategy on rollout and adoption of new content and messaging
  • Establish systematic feedback loop with Strategy leadership
  • Define and track enablement KPIs linking skill development to commercial outcomes
  • Provide performance reporting to commercial leadership and RevOps team
  • Leverage insights and operations pillars to ground enablement initiatives in data
  • Drive optimization of commercial methodology and sales process adoption
  • Work with frontline managers to reinforce right behaviors in the field

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue enablement, sales effectiveness, commercial learning & development, or a closely related role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of improving commercial performance through skill development, coaching program design, and frontline manager enablement
  • Deep expertise in designing and operating coaching frameworks for frontline sales and client success managers
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Client Success functions
  • Ability to serve as a strategic partner and feedback channel to Product Marketing
  • Strong data orientation with ability to define enablement metrics and track program effectiveness
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence
  • Experience operating within a matrixed organization and specialized RevOps model
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRM tools, and conversation intelligence platforms
  • Experience in AdTech, media technology, or SaaS usage-based business preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
