Full job description
Microsoft’s Brand & Advertising team seeks a Senior Director of Production to lead end-to-end production across film, video, digital, social, experiential, and emerging formats. The role involves defining and executing global production strategy, building modern production models, managing production processes, governance, cost controls, and risk management. Responsibilities include vendor management, production planning, asset delivery, team leadership, and integrating AI-powered tools into workflows. The candidate must have 10+ years in production environments, with 15+ years preferred in advertising production leadership. Experience managing large teams and budgets, expertise in video, film, digital, social production, and knowledge of production economics and vendor models is required. Salary ranges from $163,000 to $296,400 annually in the US, with higher ranges in the Bay Area and NYC.

Deep expertise across video, film, digital, social, and global asset production and localization
Understanding of modern production economics, vendor models, and contract structures
Experience integrating new tools or technologies (including AI) into creative or production workflows preferred
