Requirements
8+ years in Product Management within AdTech, enterprise SaaS, or digital media
3+ years of direct people management experience building and leading product teams
Deep mastery of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), programmatic ad serving, data-driven decisioning, and ad tech measurement integrations
Strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent background preferred)
Experience overseeing complex APIs, SDKs, and enterprise platform architectures
Proven track record of hiring, retaining, and developing top-tier product talent
Ability to align senior executives, cross-functional leads, and external clients around a unified vision
Superior storytelling and presentation skills for executive communication
