Kargo seeks a Senior Director, Global Experiences to lead and scale the global events strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include owning the global experiences calendar, budget, vendor partnerships, and team leadership. The role requires building experiential programs that increase pipeline and brand equity, managing end-to-end event execution, and partnering with sales, marketing, and creative teams. Candidates must have 7+ years in event marketing or brand activations with global program leadership, strong financial and people management skills, executive presence, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event/project management tools. Flexibility for travel and off-hours work is required. Salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 USD.
