Kargo seeks a Senior Director, Global Experiences to lead and scale the global events strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include owning the global experiences calendar, managing budgets, vendor and agency partnerships, leading program management for events, mentoring a team, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and creative teams. The role requires 7+ years in event marketing or experiential leadership, financial acumen, strong negotiation skills, team leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event/project management tools. Flexibility for travel and off-hours work is required. Salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 USD.
