XBOX Media Solutions seeks a Senior Director Gaming - Measurement and Insights to lead measurement, insights, and data science functions demonstrating ROI of gaming to advertising customers. Responsibilities include defining and executing measurement strategy, engaging senior clients on measurement topics (MMM, MTA), championing customer measurement needs with gaming studios and product teams, managing a team of researchers and analysts, ensuring operational rigor and SLAs, and acting as an industry thought leader on gaming audience measurement. Requires Bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant fields with 8+ years experience (or equivalent), ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check. Preferred 10+ years leading measurement and insights teams in digital advertising, expertise in full funnel measurement, measurement ecosystem, research skills, team leadership, collaboration across functions, and experience in gaming/CTV ecosystems. Salary ranges from $155,800 to $303,600 depending on location. Role is full-time, hybrid with office presence expected 3 days per week within commuting distance of Microsoft offices.
