The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Director of Client Service to lead a client services team supporting Managed Service Provider portfolio within Channel Partners. Responsibilities include leading account managers and traders, managing senior leadership relationships, driving partner success metrics, collaborating with Product and Engineering on API and product roadmap, establishing best practices and onboarding processes, hiring and mentoring staff, creating executive reports, leading cross-functional programs, and managing risk and escalations. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in programmatic advertising or ad tech with 6+ years managing client-facing teams, strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems and API integrations, experience working with engineering/product teams, strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools, excellent communication and leadership skills.
