Aditude is hiring a Senior Director, Business Development (Publishers) to drive new publisher partnerships and shape how enterprise media companies modernize their monetization stack. This full-time, remote role requires 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise adtech sales, with proven success closing $15K+ SaaS MRR deals and deep knowledge of programmatic, header bidding, and publisher monetization. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, closing strategic deals, positioning Aditude as an infrastructure provider, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, providing product feedback, refining messaging, attending industry events, and building executive relationships. Benefits include a base salary of $140,000 to $185,000 plus uncapped commission, medical/dental/vision insurance, unlimited time off, holidays, Christmas week off, and 401K match with no vesting period.

What you'll do

  • Drive new publisher partnerships
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound through close

  • Act as a thought partner to publishers navigating industry shifts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, publisher development, or enterprise adtech sales
  • Proven ability to close $15K+ SaaS MRR deals with 3–6 month sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of programmatic, header bidding, and publisher monetization ecosystems
  • Comfortable operating as a strategic individual contributor in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience selling technical or infrastructure-based products (not just managed services)
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders credibly
  • Strong point of view on where publisher monetization is heading
