MNTN is hiring an Agency Lead to develop and grow high-value agency partnerships focused on Connected TV advertising. The role involves owning full-cycle sales opportunities, building trusted relationships with senior agency leadership, managing pipelines, leading business planning, and expanding MNTN's footprint within strategic agency accounts. The candidate will work closely with an Agency Partner Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and growth. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline management, mentoring, and sharing market insights. Requirements include 10+ years in full-cycle sales roles within agencies or related fields, experience leading complex accounts, strong strategic and communication skills, proficiency with Salesforce and AI sales tools, and deep knowledge of digital advertising and media buying. The position is full-time, senior level, and remote, based in the United States.
