The role involves developing and executing agency strategy, establishing relationships with holding company leadership and direct brands, supporting sellers in revenue growth, and leading partnership decisions. Responsibilities include leadership, revenue driving, team support, communication of growth strategy, agency strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, representing media solutions at events, strategic selling, and client research. Requirements include proven agency sales success, leadership experience, strategic insight into agency structures, excellent sales and communication skills, consultative selling expertise, data-driven decision making, and a bachelor's degree with 10+ years in agency sales and 7+ years leading sales teams. Requirements

  • Proven success in Agency sales and leading sales teams to strategic growth
  • Track record of executive-level selling and relationship-building with a pre-established network
  • Understanding of agency structures, motivations, and organizational needs
  • Exceptional sales, presentation, and communication skills
  • Expertise in discovery, objection handling, and closing deals with senior decision-makers
  • Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling across media, analytics, and finance
  • Analytical thinker leveraging data for guidance and decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million-dollar, long-term partnerships domestically and globally
  • Self-starter with robust prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building experience
  • Thrives in high-pressure situations with a strong drive to deliver results
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years as a top performer in agency sales
  • 7+ years of experience leading sales teams
