Full job description

Join a team of six DevOps engineers working across infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and SRE practices. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting), operating monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana), managing logging infrastructure (ELK stack), defining and maintaining Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ensuring system reliability and performance, and supporting incident detection and troubleshooting. Required skills include hands-on experience with observability tools, logging platforms, Terraform, understanding of distributed system telemetry, Kubernetes familiarity, strong problem-solving skills, and English proficiency. Preferred skills include coding in Python or Go, CI/CD pipeline experience, configuration management tools knowledge, alerting best practices, and SRE principles understanding. What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting)
  • Operate and optimize monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana)
  • Manage and improve logging infrastructure with the ELK stack
  • Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of observability systems
  • Support incident detection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos or Mimir)
  • Experience managing logging platforms (ELK stack or Loki)
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform (Terragrunt)
  • Understanding of metrics, logs, and traces in distributed systems
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in English
